In these unprecedented times, with COVID-19 shutting our schools and limiting our travel (amongst other things), we are shifting the focus even more towards help and advice – a little more ‘consultative’ and a little less ‘sales’ in our approach, you might say. 

We know we’re not in the type of business that can mobilise to support the isolated over70s, or change our model to deliver essential household goods to your door, or offer free resources to parents faced with home schooling their children… but we can do our bit in our own way: we can offer our support and specialist expertise on all things automotive. 

We know that for many of you, your next vehicle is the last thing on your mind (understandably). But for those of you who need to plan ahead because your PCP deal is coming to an end, or your PCH car is due to go back in the coming months (or those of you who need something positive to think about and do while staying at home), then we are here to help – we will listen and advise in any way we can. 

If you currently have a car on order with us, please be assured that we will be keeping you in the loop regarding delays as much as possible. With most European car factories closed – and some helping with the national crisis by switching to manufacturing much-needed ventilator parts – there will of course be an impact. We are working to bring you accurate information on this as soon as it becomes available, but please feel free to call us at any time if you have any questions.
