How does the process work?
During your initial consultation, one of our sourcing specialists will discuss your needs and budget with you more fully, so they can look into vehicle options for you – providing you with a tailored service that not only saves you money, but time and hassle too, whether you are buying or leasing a new vehicle.
The amount of membership discount will vary according to make and model, so it’s well worth asking about a variety of models, as our consultants are always happy to help you to maximise the amount of money you can save.
As part of this early discussion to figure out the right specification, your dedicated consultant will also give you plenty of useful information on the new engine types available, to help you decide whether one of the innovative alternative fuel options (including battery electric, plug-in hybrid, or standard hybrid), might be a good choice for you – or whether petrol or diesel could still offer you best value in today’s market. They’ll also be able to provide information on your finance options, too.
After that initial conversation you’ll receive your quote – your personal illustrations of vehicle specification and cost. Then, when you’ve mulled it over, and made a decision, you’ll be sent a detailed order form and initial disclosure terms and conditions for you to sign and return.
When we’ve received these documents, we place your order with one of our nominated dealer groups. You will receive an anticipated delivery date, then regular progress updates whilst your vehicle is on order. As your delivery date draws near, our customer services team will be in touch more frequently with customer updates, and will help you with the final details regarding insurance and payments.
Finally, you will take delivery of your new vehicle (you can choose where it’s delivered to), and enjoy the benefits of a car, van or truck that suits your needs exactly!
