I want to take this early opportunity of thanking you and others on your team for the excellent service you have provided in sourcing and supplying my new Nissan. To be honest, I had no idea at the outset how straightforward and uncomplicated the process would be. As such, I would hope to use your company in the future.

Norton Way Nissan have also been very helpful. I received a call from them last Friday to confirm time of delivery and their driver was almost spot on. It also arrived on a transporter, which could have been a problem as it would not have been able to reach where I live in view of the limited access. Instead, it was brought to my local pub, which has a large car park. Furthermore, their driver, John Kirby, could not have been more considerate and accommodating.

When inspecting the vehicle we noticed a couple of minor stone chips (which may have occurred during the drive down), which he immediately reported and this morning I had a call from Norton Way Nissan to confirm the arrangements for these to be repaired.

I built a car to my requirements on the VW website and forwarded it on to TysonCooper, who in turn sent me a document with all the details to check and sign. Paid a deposit, for which I received a receipt promptly and waited for 1st March 2018. Easiest car I have ever purchased with the best discount. The car was delivered on the date stated to my door

The only small thing that let it down, I was informed from the point of ordering my new vehicle every week about the status of my new car until two weeks prior to delivery, where I had to ring them for information.

However, all in all what an incredible service, would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.”
