Vehicle discount schemes
We run vehicle discount schemes for a number of companies and associations, including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the British Association of Shooting and Conservation, and the Royal Institute of British Architects. We enable individual and corporate members of these organisations to access additional savings which can run into thousands of pounds– effectively, the purchasing power of the membership or staff enables us to negotiate the very best offers with manufacturers.
The discounts that can be obtained vary between organisations, between manufacturers, and over time – so if you qualify for one of these schemes, for the biggest savings it’s best to call our friendly team of advisers and find out the very latest deals.
It’s worth remembering that member discount is in addition to the discounts usually available from dealerships – which TysonCooper also offers – which means our deals are difficult if not impossible to beat. However, for peace of mind, we offer a deal checker service which helps to reassure members that they really are getting the best possible value when they buy or finance a new car, van or truck through their organisation’s vehicle discount scheme.
How do I buy a vehicle using a discount scheme?
Our bespoke vehicle sourcing service can help you save time and hassle when searching for your next new vehicle – as well as saving you money using your membership discount, whether you intend to buy or lease.
During your initial consultation you’ll discuss your needs and budget with your dedicated vehicle sourcing specialist, and find out all the options available to you (including the respective membership discount amounts, which vary according to make and model).
If you would like some assistance with engine choice – as there’s now a raft of innovative options including battery electric, plug-in hybrid, or standard hybrid, as well as petrol or diesel, to choose from – then your consultant will be happy to provide you with the information you need, to help you decide which specification meets your practical needs most fully, and offers best value. If you need finance, your consultant will also help you understand each type so you can make an informed choice.
Once you’ve discussed the options fully and made some initial choices, you’ll receive your quote – personal illustrations of vehicle cost and specification. Once you’ve made a final decision on your next new vehicle, you’ll receive an order form and initial disclosure terms and conditions, which you’ll need to read, sign and return.
Once we’ve received your completed documents, your order will be placed with one of our partner dealerships – you’ll then receive an estimated delivery date, and our customer service team will send you customer updates on your new vehicle’s progress. Then, as your delivery date draws near, they can help you with the final details regarding insurance and payments.
Finally, you will take delivery of your new vehicle to an address of your choosing, and enjoy the benefits of a car, van or truck that meets both your needs and your budget perfectly!
