To proceed with brokering a vehicle contract hire / consumer credit finance request, we are obliged to bring the following information to your attention:

We offer a range of consumer hire and consumer credit vehicle finance products from a selection of finance providers from whom we may receive a commission or fee.

Tyson Cooper Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 688562). Tyson Cooper Ltd acts as a credit broker, not as a lender for the introduction to a limited number of finance providers only.

We may charge a processing fee as shown above for our services. Payment to be made on receipt of our signed order and taken by credit/debit card or bank transfer. The processing fee is charged by Tyson Cooper Ltd for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. Some of our lenders may charge an administration fee to set up your agreement.

We may receive a commission or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider we have introduced you to.

You will be liable for a cancellation fee if you have ordered a vehicle and the dealer/manufacturer imposes a charge, where a customer cancels a regulated Agreement prior to the end of the Cooling Off Period our processing fee is refundable.
